On March 27, 2022, Just Mercy, a nonprofit organization, distributed food baskets to families affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. While these efforts may be modest, they are intended to help alleviate some of these families' hardships. Global Car Care sponsors these campaigns with limited budgets, while Just Mercy anticipates future initiatives with increased funding and broader awareness, and action projects.

Essential food items are thoughtfully selected and packaged to provide families with sustenance for an extended period. Every effort is made to include staple ingredients that can last for over a week and cater to individuals of all age groups.

Food basket distribution was facilitated through community centers, volunteer networks, and direct delivery. Future strategies include: expanding family outreach via increased funding and partnerships; optimizing distribution through enhanced community engagement; and exploring sustainable solutions such as job support and ongoing aid programs.
